I think the first Technicolor movie was Mehboob Khan's 'Aan' also in 1953.

Amazing creative period in music making. That is why we hanker after the "old songs". Thanks Kalakar ji for your special selections.

Two decades ago, HMV released a cassette of this film's audio along with KaliGhata which was also by SJ! It is amazing to note that this was a colour film( GevaColor?)!
