Lyrics of Umangen Dil Ki Machali Muskuraayi Zindagi Apani - उमंगें दिल की मचलीं मुस्कुराई ज़िंदगी अपनी
umage
umage dil ki machali muskurai zindagi apani
umage dil ki machali muskurai zindagi apani
vo sham, a
vo sham suhani thi, phulo pe javani thi
vo sham suhani thi, phulo pe javani thi
in shokh nigaho me
ulfat ki kahani thi, ulfat ki kahani thi
tumane jo di ummide
halachal si uthi dil me, halachal si uthi dil me
muhabbat le ke agadai javani jhum uthi apani
umage dil ki machali muskurai zindagi apani
ham dil ko laga baithe o
ham dil ko laga baithe
kya duniya basa baithe, kya duniya basa baithe
is prem ke tufa ko, ik phul chadha baithe
hai chand sa pyara jo us prem ki naiya ka
ab tu hi sahara hai, ab tu hi sahara hai
lagae par kashti dur duniya se kahi apani
umage dil ki machali muskurai zindagi apani
oo yahi manzar hai ankho me
yahi alfaz hai lab pe, yahi araman hai dil me
yahi assha lalala, yahi assha hai ab unase
vahi chaliye, vahi chaliye, vahi chaliye
vo mahafil hai, jis mahafil me duniya lut gayi apani
umage dil ki machali muskurai zindagi apani
umage

kanwarjit1000 on Tuesday, August 19, 2014 Amazing tabla playing by whosoever played it. It is so unfortunate they
never identified(or identify) the musicians. Whosoever played Tabla in this
song is an Ustad for sure. What a pleasure to hear it. For 25 years or so,
I have listened to this song, countless number of times. Now, I am just
starting to realize all the components that make a song sound great.
kanwarjit1000 on Wednesday, September 18, 2013 A twenty one year old singing such a masterpiece. She was called
'Mallika-y-tarrannum' because she earned it through singing such numbers
which have passed the test of 'time' and over the years, have been
immortalized. Only a great singer like Noor Jahan can produce this very
happy melody without a comical effect rather coloring it with a tinge of
'soz' or pathos. It is an extraordinary composition, 66 years ago, by
Feroze Nizami. The Tabla rendition is noteworthy. Thanks for this upload.
