Lyrics / Video of Song : Saanson Ke Taar Par, Geet Gaya Pathro Ne (Solo Version)

saanso ke taar par, dhadkan ki taal par
dil ki pukar ka, rang bhare pyar ka
git gaya pathro ne, git gaya pathro ne
git gaya pathro ne, git gaya pathro ne
saanso ke taar par, dhadkan ki taal par
dil ki pukar ka, rang bhare pyar ka
git gaya pathro ne, git gaya pathro ne

insaa ki chahat bhari kalpanane
insaa ki chahat bhari kalpanane
dil bhi hai ghar bhi hai pathar me vo la jawani
ek ek surat hai shkale mohabbat
aankho di zindgani
pyar ke suro par
pyar ke suro par, apni hi dhun me
dil ki pukar ka, rang bhare pyar ka
git gaya pathro ne, git gaya pathro ne

har ek ke pathr se barsegi ulfat
har ek ke pathr se barsegi ulfat
saalo hi sadiyo hi hardam rahenge ye milte
inme nahi hai insan ka bhed bhaav
tukade hai ye ek dil ke
shanti ke raag par
shanti ke raag par, ekta ke taan par
dil ki pukar ka, rang bhare pyar ka
git gaya pathro ne, git gaya pathro ne

Dear All, All these years i had wondered, how would have Menaka and other Apsaras (Angels) of Swarg(Heaven) would be looking like? Now , I got the answer. Watch the step at Min.3.15 to 3.22. My GD MY GOD. What a beauty. Where is Saroj Khan? Any jawab? La- jawab, out of this world, mind blowing God bless Rajshree ji, the most beautiful woman ever born on this PLANET. I Adore her, no words , every time i see this song, i go into a magical spell for days together. i Salute Her and GOD-DR.RKSHARMA

Shaam, aap ka tah-e-dil se shukria for posting this! I love this film! I´m trying to find out who choreographed for this movie and also, what dances did Rajshri actually learn? She was a brilliant dancer and I´ve always wondered more about her but the info on Wiki is very limiting. There are a couple of extra magical dancers in old time Bollywood and I would so LOVE to know more about their dance training. Those are: Waheeda Rehman, Saira Bano and Rekha.

The beauty of this song can not be described in words!!! this is just ethereal..one of my all time favourite song..everything about this song is just so special!! lyrics, Ramlal's composition, Rajshri's dance!! everything..and what can i say about Kishori's singing whom I always took Asha ji. She has really excelled.!!! what a nice song ! It is mystical. this is almost cosmic. This song never fails to give me goosebumps.. Thanks for nice upload Mukhtar

Oh, please forgive me, I did not mentioned I am a geologist. Patther(rocks) are not just the rocks/Patther for me, I look at them differently(obvious). I also know what a poet wrote, I am just a stone, you can kick me aside, or toss me away; even better carve me into an idol & worship me. It is all in our hearts (in a poetical way). I love, only because I know how to love.{Please ignore my name_it was not my choice}.

Among the "newer" crowd, there are extremely few really "born" sort of dancers. Meenakshi Sheshadri, Madhuri, Rani Mukherjee and Shilpa Shetty (believe it or not). But especially Saira Bano, Rekha and Madhuri are just way ahead of everyone else! I would just LOVE to interview these ladies about their personal dance journeys myself.

This is the first and last film song by Kishori Amonkar.Music director Ramlal Choudhary had given her a break.Same song was sung by Ashaji, but Kishori's voice is better with classical background. But alas, fed up with the politics within film indusrty, she did not sing for films further. However she made a big name in classical music.

This will remain a timeless classic from the golden era of Bombay movie industry. Both version of this song are marvelous. Just the words snatch your heart, and why not; when the rocks sing magic comes alive. I have heard the other version many times. Unfortunately this video is very grainy.

"Yeh gaana Asha Bhonsle ji ne bhi gaaya hai duet ke taur per, per Kishori Amonkar ji ki aawaz mein is gaane mein jo kasak paida hui hai woh lajawaab hai. Yeh gaana, jo ki apne mein Itni sari khoobsoortiyan liye huey hai, ise upload karne ke liye Shaam44 aapka bohat bohat shukriya."

AT FIRST I THOUGHT THIS SONG WAS SUNG BY ASHA BHONSLE LATER ON REALIZED THAT THIS GEM CREATED BY RAMLALJI AND HASRATSAHAB WAS ACTUALLY SUNG BY THE GREAT KISHORITAI AMONKAR THIS WAS MY COMMENT MORE THAN 3 YRS AGO ON THIS VERY SAME UPLOAD MY VIEWS ARE STILL THE SAME THANKS SHAAM44

Composer Ramlal and singer Kishori Amonkar both too good. Rajashri brought the fashion of putting a stone in the navel and later it was followed by Babita in Farz. This was Jitendra's first film and Farz the second which changed his image totally.
