Venkat S Venky on Tuesday, September 17, 2013 Is this music? Or an attempt to shatter the ear drum... The singer is
just lifting the decibels to insane levels. And the funniest part was when
Salim was pressing all the keys on his keyboard. Well that's not how music
is made. That flute part is massively overrated.. Flute sounds nice when
its smooth, soothing, soft and melodious. That guy was on a competition to
show how much lung capacity he has and at how much speed he can play.
Totally spoiled the beauty of the flute! HORRIBLE this is!!
Sharat Achary on Friday, September 13, 2013 "Rudi ne rangili re vaahlaa taari vaansali re lol" Never heard such a power
rendition of our Gujarati Folk song... there are many more such songs, wish
musicians like Salim - Sulaiman bring forward such rich songs out to the
masses. Exceptional flute playing by Paras Nath, awesome super awesome
towards the cresendo... Nothing less than power vocal by Karsan Sagthia...
Hope to hear new renditions this Navratri.. get your dandiyas and gears
abhijit sen on Sunday, September 15, 2013 I love flute and here the flute solo was mesmerizing.I am
enjoying this season of Coke studio becoz of the variety...so many
types of folk song classical songs combined with indipop...just
superb...excelliant composition and sound design Salim Sulaiman
ajinkya oak on Friday, September 06, 2013 Except for one song A.R.Rehman's episode was not at all magical, he is a
fantastic composer, but its sad to say most of his coke studio experiments
failed. On the other hand Clinton did a much better job than the previous
Preetz on Tuesday, September 24, 2013 Lovely fusion by the composers...the balance of Gujarati folk and rock with
the flute is just perfect...I keep listening to this..esp for the
flute...Paras Nath..Hats off to you...hope to hear much more of you :)
anand prashant on Monday, September 09, 2013 Only in Indian classical music is the flute given the kind of respect it
deserves and Paras Nath has shown what it is capable of. I hope the world
sits up and notices what this little piece of bamboo can be made to do by
someone who spends his life mastering it.
Rohan Bapat on Thursday, September 05, 2013 I agree that the Ram Samapth episode was way below par.. but A.R. Rehman
did bring some magic to the table! Listen to "Aao balma", the magic that
sivamani creates is just out of the world.. Cheers! :)
Shailesh Jadav on Tuesday, September 24, 2013 Fantastic fusion. Never imagined that Gujarati Chand & Doha can be mixed so
well. Gr8 job. Btw for asses u criticize Karsan Sagathiyaji that he sings
amazing Gujarati folk bhajans & Garbas.
Swapnil Narendra on Sunday, May 18, 2014 Paras Nath, take a bow for that killer flute solo, sir!
But there is one thing I keep thinking -- If Krishna would have played such
a tune in the moments of pure passion or sheer rage?
Ajay Purohit on Thursday, September 05, 2013 The song takes back seat, just instrumentals & that too loud except flute
which holds it ! Over all average fair . Chorus totally wasted , you can't
even make out what are they singing ?
