I totally agree with you artrock! Lyricists for some reason do not get the
credit they deserve! I also second your thoughts about Md Rafi the
inimitable singer! Who is unparalleled to this day! He is my ALL TIME
favorite! :) the immortal lyrics in this film are by Majrooh. Pls. mention
that too in the credits. Majrooh wrote the fantastic Dil jo na Keh saka in
this film which made Rafi sing in very high octaves. Not even Kishore can
manage singing at such high pitch without losing the rhythm or sur of his
singing.
