First things first, if you want to woo a girl in real life, don't walk in
the chilies that she most probably took the pains to clean and dry - that's
just annoying and inconsiderate. Secondly, don't sneak up on her and gawp
at her like a weirdo, then stalk her all over the place. Gosh cinema does
portray a skewed perception of romance, it's no wonder people are so
clueless - whether it comes to expectations of a relationship, or how to
behave with/around a (future) significant other.
This is a beautiful song though, nostalgic.

if you look at it humans hv bn in d world way longr than religion oryt so juz chill at the end of the day we are all human and not grter or hghr than no1.. i dnt get y people have to commn like this and ruin songs regrdng religion .. its gr8 you supprt ur religion and i rspct that but cant pple just leave all that on the side and ENJOY THE SONG , y ruin it ? we all are from the same country imagine a frgnr comes on this song n read all these comnts what he going to think bout Indians ?

For me, there's a scent of fulfilled dreams and at the same time of loneliness in this song... I longed to dance kathak and when I finally found some kathak classes the first one I came to was dancing to this song. I still remember the feeling of flying when I tried dancing chakkars to this for the first time. And then I listened to it while I was in hospital, feeling lonely. This song manages to embrace both these kinds of emotion. It's like a gust of cool and fresh wind.

umm... mashallah is meant to express appreciation. there is nothing wrong with saying that to a song or person. you usually say that when someone says something nice about you which is like saying "thank god". there is nothing there implying that the person saying mashallah is believing in something other than Allah. you should properly understand the uses of such duwahs and phrases before calling someone something so incredibly rude and derogatory.
