on your channel. Whose eyes would not get moist upon listening to these
heart-rending Ameer Khusrau words in the utterly moving voice of Mukeshji?
What a heartfelt rendition ! Of course, the words, though often used in the
literal sense as in a vidaai geet, are Sufi in nature, relating to the
supreme. And thanks also for uploading the video-version of this old song.
A young Geeta Bali has enacted the song quite well, what an expressive
actress she was.
