Lyrics / Video of Song : Khilaunaa Jaan Kar Tum To Meraa Dil Tod Jaate Ho

ho khilauna, janakar tum to, mera dil tod jate ho
khilauna, janakar tum to, mera dil tod jate ho
mujhe is, haal me kisake sahare chhod jate ho
khilauna, janakar tum to, mera dil tod jate ho

khuda ka vasta dekar manalun dur hun lekin
tumhara raasta mai rok lun majabur hun lekin
ke mai chal bhi nahi sakata hun aur tum daud jate ho
ho, khilauna, janakar tum to, mera dil tod jate ho

gila tumase nahi koi, magar afasos thoda hai
ke jis gam ne mera daman badi mushkil se chhod a hai
usi gam se mera phir aaj rishta jod jaate ho
ho, khilauna, janakar tum to, mera dil tod jate ho

mere dil se na lo badala zamane bhar ki baato ka
thahar jaao suno mehaman hun mai chand rato ka
chale jana abhi se kis liye muh mod jate ho
ho khilauna, janakar tum to, mera dil tod jate ho

this guy is a great Person i wont say an actor but as a human being he is great he never got married because he loved a girl and she got married somewhere else so he died a virgin. this great mans name is Sanjeev Kumar the best. my favourite actor and apparently my mother-in-laws hero he was too. what an understanding! in this film Khilona he did a superb job. God give peace to your soul where ever you are my salute to Sanjeev Kumar.

...government and that which dominated earlier on was Faarsi but eventually changed to Urdu to accomodate to all the races. So even to this day, Urdu vocabulary consists of approximately 70 % Faarsi and the rest is a mix of Arabic and Turkish. Standard Urdu is written in Nastaliq calligraphy style of the Perso-Arabic script. The etymology of words used in Urdu decides, for the most part, how polite or refined one´s speech is. For ex. Urdu speakers distinguish between "paani" and "aab"...

...some other languages in their country like Bangla and Sylhethi. So please, stop sending me comments about the origin of Urdu. I have access to encyclopaedias and Urdu books. I know the history of my language. But inshallah I´ll never try to say that it´s better than anybody else´s because though I love my own languages, I also respect that others love theirs. So I don´t feel like putting my dignity away just because I´m sitting behind a screen and I don´t use bad language or...

..both meaning "water". Another ex. is "mard" and "aadmi", both meaning "man". If a word is of Persian or Arabic origin, the level of speech is considered to be more formal and grand. Also, if Persian or Arabic grammar constructs, such as the izaafat, are used in Urdu, the level of speech is also considered more formal or grand. Hope this helped all of those who are confused and in denial about the origin of Urdu. Wassalaam!

9fairy...Shukria LOADS for your encouraging comment! Bahot bahot shukria. I was a bit worried about posting so many comments but I just had to say what was in my heart, I don´t like saying things "half as half". And must be a very good person yourself to take time to encourage a fellow human being instead of taking time to criticise and so. Thank you to you to for being so kind! God bless! Wassalaam!

@fijianz1 , Thanks. My mother tongue in neither Hindi, nor Urdu. In songs I love the Hindi+Urdu combination. Geographic differences are due to politics, and music itself is a religion. Religion is basically a code of conduct to unify people and languages are means of communication. The evolve with time, sometimes expand in branches. No language is property of anyone.

I reallllly really admire your comments. only if more people think like you.. no body is even ready to reason, all they wana do is fight and that to them is the solution... and if this is the path we will lay for the geneartion next... then they better be smart not to walk that road... I responded as I see it. I don't know who you are, or why you felt the need to send me a message. This is a fantastic song and I certainly don't need a " so called" history lesson while trying to listen to this precious song.

Cheers! Hey, what? Song, voice and music! Even today Rafi Sahib's soul resides in the hearts of lovers of his voice. In the mirror of Heart the pictutre of dearest one lies and whenever the neck is bent can be seen.
