Lyrics of Kal Ho Naa Ho (Sad) - कल हो ना हो
soni banno chan si chamke
mathe uthe jhumkar damke
palka uth diya ne tham tham ke, mai vari java
soni banno chan si chamke
mathe uthe jhumkar damke
palka uth diya ne tham tham ke, mai vari java
tu vekh lai aaj raj ke apne sariya nu
chheti apne nahi mil di
ja banno pave khushiya te dildaariya tu
pave arman sab dil de
ja banno pave khushiya te dildaariya tu
pave arman sab dil de
ja banno pave khushiya te dildaariya tu
pave arman sab dil de
tu vekh lai aaj raj ke apne sariya nu
chheti apne nahi mil di
ja banno pave khushiya te dildaariya tu
pave arman sab dil de
tum ho gham ko chhupaye, mai hu sar ko jhukaye
tum bhi chup ho, mai bhi chup hu
kaun kise samjhaye
ab duriya itni hain to, milna yaha kal ho na ho
ab duriya itni hain to, milna yaha kal ho na ho
betiya haye mar jaaniya
kinna jamiya ve rabba
kinna lele jaaniya
o sach hai ke dil to dukha hai
humne magar socha hai
dil ko hai gham kyu
aankh hai nam kyu
hona hi tha jo hua hai
us baat ko jane hi do
jiska nishan kal ho na ho
har pal yaha jee bhar jeeyo
jo hai sama kal ho na ho

caomhan84 on Sunday, May 03, 2015 As an American, I've watched Bollywood movies for the last 10 years now.
This was one of the first that I saw, and I remember loving it. If I
watched it again, I probably still would. And at the time, I also remember
wishing that there were more Hollywood-like elements in the movies. Well,
as others have stated, Bollywood has changed to become more like Hollywood,
and sometimes it's not for the better. The problem is, I don't think
movies like Kal Ho Naa Ho would make money if they were made today. Tastes
have changed, Bollywood budgets have gotten bigger, requiring almost every
movie to be a "superhit" or "offer something new" to attract audiences and
critical praise.
Sometimes I do go back and watch old favorites like Veer Zaara, DDLJ etc to
remember what it used to be like, but as long as the audience as a whole is
craving "something new" and "challenging," old fashioned stuff won't make a
comeback. Too bad Yash Chopra passed away.

Wendilynn Kerezman on Tuesday, June 12, 2012 That doesn't work since he didn't live long past the wedding. Also it ruins
the point of the movie and the bigger message of caring for someone more
then you care for yourself so that they are happy for the rest of their
lives. The sacrifice he makes because of his love for her is truly heroic.
Don't cheapen it.
ohmylovelydays on Sunday, February 05, 2012 I have seen this movie like a BILLION times and this song even more times,
yet I've never noticed Frankie in the background before! (3:32) I don't
know if that makes me more cheerful, or more upset (because the funny,
happy character is even looking sad).
