@mazharmahmudkhan True. Only day before yesterday I read her brief
biographical sketch and list of movies. She was versatile suiting to any
type of roles. Sad to find about her death at young age of 34 years that
too of a epidemic called small pox. I wondered with so much advancement in
medical science she could not be saved.

Hello Sir. Real nice melody by Hemant Kumar. I have his own version in a HK record but somehow, I didn't see it in the movie. Only this version of Lata was in the movie.
This was director Shakti Samanta's first film and Ashok Kumar worked in it for free since he supported his Bangla artists.

I agree with you. I too downloaded classics from 1935 till date from YT
when I was in US. But now, we get good Internet speed here too. Anyhow, use
Windows Movie Maker to upload your songs using some pictures or appropriate
symbolic Vids for visual effect with your songs. I will forward a couple of
songs to you to get an idea. Here also, if you have noticed Vid. is from
other song. Check Lata version from me where I used slides of same song as
available Vid. quality was not good. Thanks.

A very good rendition by Lata ji,but still lags behind Hemat da.In tandem
songs Lata ji could not outclass her male counterparts,be it Mukesh ji or
Talat saab,who were no match to mighty Lata ji where singing prowess was
concerned,though bitter but that was the truth.
