It is difficult world but we just have to move on with life

Beautiful composition, lyrics and well sung by Kishore Ji, Love this song.

peahen009 on Sunday, November 22, 2009
Unfortunately, Kishore Kumar could only sing such simple songs, which had no classical touch, because he had no such foundation like Manna Dey or Mohammed Rafi. Mukesh was another singer who could sing onlystraight forward songs. Kishore Kumar was a master of yodelling like the Swiss mountaineers. I do not consider him a good singer, though he attained much popularity.. No disrespect meant because every singer has his own limitations.

raymaynotsay on Sunday, November 22, 2009
I think your name should be pea-brain not peahen. The songs which you think are straightforward is because the great Kishore makes it look easy. But make no mistake, Kishore could make classical singers sound lame. It is the pain and emotion in the voice that is to be appreciated.

kora kagaz, composed by kalyanji anandji

srikanth jampana on Tuesday, November 24, 2009
do you agree that RD BURMAN was a best music director of alltime, he always
preferred kishore than rafi. ofcourse this particular song was composed by
kalyanji and anandji. once abjit said that nobody before and after kishore.
no body can even think of compare with kishore.remember i am a south indian
and i love kishoreda forever.

ParthoGuru on Tuesday, November 24, 2009
Does it bother if Kishore Kumar was classically trained or not. The impact
that he could create with his melodious but powerful voice was/is
everlasting. Someone rightfully said that he could emote the feeling/pain
so easily.. a hallmark of a really gifted singer.

ParthoGuru on Thursday, November 26, 2009
Well, Kishore Kumar was the voice of superstars. I believe in quality and
not quantity. Rafi had good songs but he sang all too much for too many
actors. I really find it difficult to identify the actor for whom Rafi has
given his voice, it all sounds almost the same. Maybe he was too humble,
which led to MDs giving more numbers to him. Rafi is like Infosys/TCS and
Kishore Kumar is like EMC/Microsoft, if you understand what I mean.

heyyyy guys all good sangers r good just enjoy the songs plz

raymaynotsay on Tuesday, December 01, 2009
@peahen009 , sorry mate didn't mean to be harsh, I am no historian on hindi film music but the 70s films with its angry, discontent and violent youth left hardly any scope for making classical songs but correct me if i am wrong.
Secondly, Kishore did sing songs with a classical base - e.g Mere naina saawan, kuch to log kahenge
Lastly, Salilda specifically wanted Kishore to sing Koi hota from Mere Apne. Give it a listen and you will know the range Kishore holds. Gr8 composition , gr8 singing.

raymaynotsay on Tuesday, December 01, 2009
@peahen009 , also you do not consider him to be a "good" singer , puts you in a minority that could be counted on five fingers, let alone 2 hands. Maybe u don't consider him gr8 but good , no way dude. Anyway it is your opinion

HumanFrailtz on Thursday, December 03, 2009
Shankar Jaikishan were the best music directors of all time though R. D.
Burman is good too.

HumanFrailtz on Thursday, December 03, 2009
I like both Kishore and Rafi. They're both equally good. don't argue..

srikanth jampana on Thursday, December 03, 2009
i do have same feelings but my age is 38 yrs., old movie songs have soul in
it, which is hard to explain. i love to watch kishore kumar , and kumar
sanu songs in hindi and sp balu in telugu.

I don't want to stir a hornet's nest among this already agitated crowd ,
but Salil Choudhary's favorite singer was neither Kishore or Rafi but it
was Yesudas. Having said that, even though Kishore wasn't as talented
(classically trained), he holds fort in his own right. His voice was heavy
and I have never heard any other singer convey pathos like Kishore Kumar
does.

smitomalvino on Thursday, December 31, 2009
its not rafi, its kishor kumar. I think kishor was (and is) the most
talented one.He was never trained like other singers but he amazingly
touches the pain I have inside me.

schajy on Thursday, December 31, 2009
of course kishore is the one the best after rafi.
because they say that singer sings in some of the tone out of seven tones
but rafi could sing in all seven tones
ask somebody who knows music if you dont belive me.

smitomalvino on Saturday, January 02, 2010
I have a great amount of respect for rafi sahaab too.both as a singer and a
good man but if you imagine him without his lessons in music you would
understand where in kishorda the greatness is. OIn some parameters rafi
scores over kishor and on some kishor wins but on general scale they score
the exact same.

schajy on Saturday, January 02, 2010
yeah dude we cant comapre Tea and Coffee both have their distinct taste and affects .
anyways the best kishore da song is "meri pyari bindu ".
