this song is dedicated to Rukhsar(manisha Desai)

narulagaurav on Saturday, May 22, 2010
@masif322 Hahaha - You make me laugh!! Salil Chaudhary is a CHOR, and nothing else. What else will you call someone who picks someone else music, dude? Yes, his genius is reflected in the fact that he stole this song, forget the antras! Can you please confirm - Anu Malik ke baap ka naam Salil Chaudhary hai kya?

narulagaurav on Saturday, May 22, 2010
@MAYOGARDENS I won't say "You must be crazy". Rather, I'll say that you're definitely bonkers, dude!! Mozart's tune is a masterpiece, Chaudhary is a chor (Anu Malik's daddy) :)

masif322 on Tuesday, May 25, 2010
ANNU MALIK is son of SARDAR MALIK. If u read the life history of salil you will find that he was a great person as well. As a composer he is well respected . He enhanced the beauty of mozart's symphony 1000 times.

I LIKE THIS SONG VERY MUCH

lahiridilli on Monday, June 07, 2010
GOD !!!!! What r u guys doing???? Fighting over stalwarts whom we cannot match in our wildest dreams. Just listen to the song, feel it and tears will roll out.
Pls do not use harsh words like "chor" one can be inspired by some other's music, writing, paintings etc. If you have produced 1000 art pieces whatever be the field of art, and have used somebody elses ideas in 100 of them that is permissible. Unfortunately these days the percentage has increased to 70.

"Isliye tujhse mein pyaar karoo, ke tu ek baadal awara, janam janam se hoon saath tere, hai naam mera jalki dhaara" what words, what emotions, and what love ! Talat Mehmood and Lataji's best old time duet. Only true love in these words, as the music starts, it starts to hipnotise our all mind and thoughts. And even find it hard to come out, after the song is finished ! Thanks to uploader, you must be as nice as this song. Thanks for nice gift on you tube.

Naushad was probably the only one who didn't copy music of others in India.

vkshitiz on Wednesday, September 01, 2010
I agree with lahiridilli. No one can be so great not to be inspired with others work. But I think it is important to acknowledge the source. Sometimes one feels that this should have been my creation why did not I do this and then you do something similar!

manzar589 on Saturday, September 04, 2010
beautiful song all time fav... wat beautiful song

tarunvash on Tuesday, September 07, 2010
Okay Now even if this one has the mozarts tune what does it matters...After all no symphony is Good for normal humans if it does not has words--Its lullaby without words--And Please appreciate the LYRICS here..The eternal relation of Clouds and rain...Now you will say it was inspired by owl-city "Butterfly Song"..Then it would be absurd isn't it...

@tonykuli. Sadly, it will not. It cannot. However, we have enough of it of the past preserved in our memories with which we can get along.

debashish430 on Friday, September 24, 2010
A masterpiece of Salil Choudhury based on one of Mozart,s Concertos, however there is a mistake in the title given here it should be - " Itna na mujhse tu pyar badha"

mehra2000 on Saturday, October 02, 2010
The genius of Salil Chowdhury. Beautifully inspired by Mozart's symphony no. 40.

aiina707 on Wednesday, October 06, 2010
the song is set in question and answer form which makes quite mesmerising and all the more logical ..lyrical quality of the song is at its best leaving the audience yearning for more

@mehra2000 Great obeservation buddy :P

taimy111 on Friday, November 05, 2010
I like the way the MD basis the song on Mozart's symphony as if it was an Indian raag. I think it's inspiration but it is presented very well and with quite a bit creativity. Really I like the song. However the inspiration was credited it would be better.

This song is a copy of Mozart's Symphony No. 40 in many places.

Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart - Symphony 40 in G min KV 550

nospeakamericano928 on Saturday, March 05, 2011
@dhwani182 yeah still a very nice song.. talat mahmood could have asked mozart for permission only if he was still alive...songs like the 40th symphony are in the public domain by now (beyond copyright laws)

dhwani182 on Wednesday, March 16, 2011
@nospeakamericano928 true...

manimajra1 on Thursday, March 31, 2011
@dhwani182 This is not a copy, it is a brilliantly done inspiration by Salil Chowdhary. There is lot of difference between a copy and a brilliant inspired work like this.
BTW going by ur defination then all the music inspired by folk music is a copy.

dhwani182 on Saturday, April 02, 2011
@manimajra1 1 : well... i never said that this song isn't nice or anything like that... just to get it clear... I love the song, and I sincerely respect everyone behind it.. and if its an "inspiration" and not a copy, he would have mentioned it somewhere or the other ..that he was inspired by mozart etc... and if he has, i agree that this is an inspiration... but if he has "copied" it, he wouldn't have mentioned...or at least he wouldn't have mentioned that he used the inspiration for this song.

dhwani182 on Saturday, April 02, 2011
@manimajra1: also as a reply to what you said about folk music, i want to say that if a music is inspired by folk music, it means that the song has a folk base. In this genre, there are a lot of chances of a couple of notes repeating in a small sequence, which is accepted - because every folk music always has a set rhythm, and a typically notable style. So to bring in this style, people will have to repeat a few notes..(contd..)

dhwani182 on Saturday, April 02, 2011
@manimajra1 (contd).if credit is given to the genre, it is not a copy. It is an issue of the genre, which is clearly recognized by all listeners (that it belongs to this genre) so the argument of folk is irrelevant here..

dhwani182 on Saturday, April 02, 2011
@tarunvash .agree with your opinion on the lyrics.. but i dont agree with what u said about the symphone. ..it isn't necessarily a "lullaby without words" ..but i still vote up for your comment :)

hoomesh on Wednesday, April 27, 2011
copy or not but the lyrics are awesome..we don't get to hear these kinda lyrics in songs these days

anandskt on Friday, April 29, 2011
Hats Off.. too good song. . .

inappro on Thursday, May 05, 2011
You have to at least be able to understand Mozart's symphony in order to 'copy' it...Let's see if the modern music composers can do that!!!!

anoopsEars on Tuesday, May 17, 2011
@mehra2000 so nicely put in words :)

morpheous85 on Sunday, August 14, 2011
I don't think adapting something is bad, its depends on how it is adapted, I would rather prefer listening to Salil Da's adaptation then Anu Malik's stolen filth, no creativity in that.
