@Vegetakhan Oscar... not "oskars"... and if it was nominated it would be a
"foreign film category"... The film is an American Film and produced by
American Producers... This film would not be eligible for the best movie
oscar because it is produced by an Indian company. I agree there are alot
better movies in Bollywood, but they can only be eligible for foreign
film... movies like Lagaan and Water were in nominated before.

thenextone24 on Saturday, December 04, 2010
@Vegetakhan "The film" I was talking about is Slumdog Millionaire

Vegetakhan on Sunday, December 05, 2010
@thenextone24 ...did i asked ur opinion...i just commented on video...why
y'all replying to me...geez. i really dont care if i spelled oscar right or
wrong.

thenextone24 on Sunday, December 05, 2010
@Vegetakhan you shouldn't post anything on the internet if you don't want
to get the opinions of others.. doesn't matter if it is a video or text
comment. Especially when you say "english people are close minded"...

kumar50 on Monday, December 06, 2010
i dont remember this song being part of the movie though. was it shot as
just promotional material? Awesome Song. One of Rahmans Best.

Nahush Jadhav on Tuesday, December 07, 2010
shahrukh you are the best

Varisht Aggarwal on Wednesday, December 08, 2010
@Vegetakhan Buddy, as per i know for winning or getting nominated for the
oscars the movie should also be nominated for the Academy awards. Anyways i
can understandd your imotions.

@6907431 read my original post before u make urself look like a retard.

abul hassan on Saturday, December 11, 2010
@karthikthomask yes indeed... 4.50 minutes speechless..

whispersnsecrets on Tuesday, December 14, 2010
@Vegetakhan
WOW. Seriously, use some common sense, I'm sure you have a little.
The reason this song would not get an OSCAR, for one, is because it wouldn't even be elgible to get recieve one. Do you know why? Because, it is from a Bollywood movie, which would be considered an international film at the Oscars. They do have a category for international films, but not a whole bunch of awards for them as detailed as best orginal score or song, etc.

whispersnsecrets on Tuesday, December 14, 2010
@Vegatakhan
part 2:
Also, the Oscars were about the 2009 movies. What, do you want them to start searching for other songs of A.R Rahman's that everyone thinks were better, and give him an Oscar for those instead, even though they are from international movies and old? I for one love A.R Rahman and also agree that most of his songs outside of Slumdog Millionaire are better then those in it.

whispersnsecrets on Tuesday, December 14, 2010
@Vegatakhan
part 4:
What makes me most angry about your comment is that you don't even know how the Oscar's work (by assuming that Dil Se's songs could even get recognition there), and yet you still commented hate. People like you make Youtube a pain in the ass.

whispersnsecrets on Tuesday, December 14, 2010
@Vegatakhan
part 5:
And if you are still mad, then consider the movie Lagaan, which had work in it by A.R Rahman, and it was nominated for Best Foreign Film at one Oscars, because that movie was good and had an overall awesome combination of cinematography, message, story, acting, music etc. Sorry if Dil Se wasn't the movie India decided to nominate for the Oscars when it came out, and if they did, I'm sorry it didn't make the final nominations at the Oscars. Lol.

Vegetakhan on Wednesday, December 15, 2010
@whispersnsecrets wow seriously u take time to comment on my 4month old
post... use some common sense. slumdog millioniare is not a hollywood movie
either. i donnot wish to bothered so i deleted my original post. now plz
leave me alone. kkthnxbai

aceNdiamond on Saturday, January 01, 2011

TheUnwrittenWriter on Monday, January 03, 2011
EXCELLENT music, of course. But i have to laugh at 2:25-2:33! Obviously
it's perfectly logical to roll down a hill together xD Oh Boyllwood.

I love the beats it's so intense. One of Bollywood's great songs.

checkitout4562000 on Sunday, January 09, 2011
gorgeous song.so intense and still very innocent:)

deathguy167 on Sunday, January 09, 2011
You know it's an indian movie when they're singing and running away from explosions.

Pearl Harbor on Friday, January 14, 2011
@deathguy167 haha yes :D true, funny indian films sing any time anywhere.
but actually in reality, it is not that they are singing, it is showing you
their thoughts and emotions at the moment. indians are musical i think, so
no matter what the situation is (sad, violence, romance) there is a song
for it and indians make it in the film.

Missconduct on Monday, January 17, 2011
Shahrukh still had that famous hair cut here. I do not know why he looks so

@MrFreakyboy5 It still looks cool to me :O

Shehreeze Ali on Tuesday, February 08, 2011
this entire movie (including all the songs) is one of the most beautiful
movies ever made. hands down. I am an actress at heart. I analyze every
aspect of a movie and appreciate it for it's beauty. A movie is an art
piece to me. And I can tell you, this movie is so fiercely gorgeous, it
stays in my mind. It's so intense and there is so much symbolism. It shows
the unlimited extent of love sk had for mk. Twilight doesn't show that,
Romeo & Juliet doesn't show that.

Shehreeze Ali on Tuesday, February 08, 2011
Like seriously, almost no movies reach my heart, mind, and soul like this
one. Forrest Gump is beautiful, so is the Curious Case of Benjamin Button,
and so is Bram Stoker's Dracula. The love is incomprehensible. Her
emptiness and hatred are so accurate of what would happen in a real
situation if someone went through what she went through. The pain, the
love, the beauty is so much. It shows how awestrucken he is by MK who is a
beautiful, mysterious, olden time, natural, hollow shell.

Shehreeze Ali on Tuesday, February 08, 2011
She is like a dream to him. He can't get her no matter how hard he tries,
but she's always there in his heart, his mind, his soul, and in front of
him. I can compare it to a moth that constantly gets attracted to a flame.
The moth doesn't know what the flame is.

Shehreeze Ali on Tuesday, February 08, 2011
He's awestrucken, it's so beautiful. He naturally gets drawn into it's
charm. Each time it comes too close and the heat feels too intense the moth
jumps back. Until one day, the moth gets the flame but dies in it. This
situation is just like Dil Se. The final moment when MK finally embraces
SK, they blow up. It's a heart sore. It's depressing, But it's beautiful.
Mad props!

The way he is going... he might end up segregating her lol
