A good song by the struggling Rafi to find a place for himself in the midst
of compitition. Rafi was very young and was fortunate to sing under Naushad
sahib. Once Rafi found himself, there was no looking back. Tastes have
changed and saigals sahibs influence was slowly fading. Modrn instruments
and high pitched songs were growing and Rafi was no doubt good at them and
it was proved in Baiju Bawara. As stated, there is a sattire in this song.
