This is the original song in the family of songs based on this
tune...i.e.to say Pancham first composed this song for Jaise ko Taisa..then
this tune was again used in a bengali movie and sung by Pancham
himself."Phire esho..." Then,a song was composed for Basera in 1981,as
you say,based on the same tune..finally it was recreated again by Pancham
in 1986 and he sang along with Asha Bhosle as "Phire elam.."
