Religious festivals have own impacts on social life. I have heard countless
songs on holi in different mood. At the approach of Holi the poor complain,
the rich enjoy. Similarly on the eve of Eid, those who have no new clothes,
do not celebrate Eid. Anyway these are not holi or eid but the inner
thought and outer behaviour which make us celebrate these festivals. A

i never heard these two songs on radio ceylon,even though other songs from
this movie were played regularly.in fact i heard these songs only after i
became a member of sj blog on facebook.however my only source for
shankarjaikishen music was radio ceylon from where i recorded hundreds of
songs on tape.the pleasure i get from listening to sj musi is immeasureable.
