At 54 when he sang this song, Kishore Kumar still was able to perform with
a youthful boom in his voice. Somehow this kind of song also reflects his
own sadness in life, which he paradoxically expressed with humor and wisdom
in an Illustrated Weekly interview once. Four years later he passed
away.Touching words rendered under the baton of one of the finest
