A huge loss indeed.As a young man i grew up listening to his ghazals along with my friends in Karachi.He will always bring me memories of my college days, and my obsession with Ghalib at that time.His ghazals ,especially Ghalib ghazals that he sang had a huge impact on me personally, and gave color to my life and many other young men like me at that time.Thankyou sir

Nice explanation mate, but in my opinion, first explanation is more appropriate here. Because, after first misra he says: "Duboya mujhko honay ne, Na hota mein tau kya hota".

buht khaub!! khuda r bnday kay darmiya ka fark ek lafz "may" may istrhan byan kia hay goya darya ko kozay may bnd kardia ho!! awsum!!! one of ma favourites!! :)
