Raja Mehdi Ali Khan is famous for writing heart touching female songs
whether it is
' Yaad Karoge Ek Din Humko Yaad Karoge' ( DO BHAI ) or
' Meri Zindagi Ke Chiragh Ko Teri Berukhi...'
Whenever I listened to this song, I felt the desire to write few words
in appreciation to duo LP's work.

Been looking forward to this song for a very long time. The way Lata works
for ghazal, the haunting mood of Laxmi pyare''s composition and the beauty
of Mala Sinha enhanced, is all too enthralling. Jaal has very nice numbers.

This is one of the best compositions of Laxmikant-Pyarelal but I always had
the feeling that this song sounds very much similar to ace composer Madan
Mohan's style of Music
