I believe this song is not from BADAL (1942). That one is called "Aao
chalen us paar sajani" and is sung by Zahoor Raja and Amirbai Karnataki.
This song here is the "Aao chalen us paar khewaiya" song from US PAAR
(1944), featuring a female voice (somewhere I saw credited as Rehmat Bai),
Amirbai Karnataki, and G.M. Durrani. The music director is Firoz Nizami and
lyricist Pandit Madhur (Buddhi Chandra Agrawal).

The female in the first minute or so of the song versus the female later in
the song sound like completely different voices. Amirbai's is very distinct
from hers, and does not typically crack as the first female's does as she
sings "neelam ka aakaashmahal ho" around 0:28-0:35.
