Listened to some other 'Pugree' songs I wondered who the composer was. The
music was superb and very melodious. Now I find that the composer was none
other than G Mohammad. He never failed to deliver first class music. Any
time one sways with music then obviously it had to be great music. This
happens with GM always. Thanks for posting a beautiful song.

Kathak queen Sitara Devi has cross over her 90th birthday. Once married
director K. Asif of Mughal-e-Azam fame and then Pratap Barot ( bro. of
Kamal barot). Sitara has a composed, straightforward, yet tender approach
to singing, that suggests an earlier era. thanks for sharing

Never heard this Sitara Devi solo before; however, Ghulam Mohamed made a
lively duet with MUKESH in the same film. However, happy to hear the voice
of Sitara Devi.
