He flees with pots, a joyful chase,
And breaks the jars with childish grace.
"I stole," he says, a tender plea,
"Though loud you've shrieked, incessantly."
Kanhaiya, the boy, she seeks with care,
Across the fields, beyond compare.

"This world of Braj, my foe it seems,"
