Lyrics of Dard Bhari Kisi Ki Yaad - दर्द भरी किसी की याद
dard bhari kisi ki yad dil me laga rahi hai aag
dard bhar kisi ki yad dil me laga rahi hai aag
dard bhar kisi ki yad
dubte din ke sath sath dub rahi hai dil ki aas
beet gaya ek aur din man ki bujhi nahi hai pyas
dard bhari kisi ki yad dil me laga rahi hai aag
dard bhari kisi ki yad
chalte hue ye raste chalte hue ye raste
kahte hai tu bhi chal kahi chal ke uthe mere kadam
manjil meri koi nahi koi nahi dard bhari kisi ki yad
dil me laga rahi hai aag dard bhari kisi ki yad
Poetic Translation - Lyrics of Dard Bhari Kisi Ki Yaad
Aching memory, a fire within the breast,
Aching memory, setting fire to the breast,
Aching memory.
As the sun descends, hope’s ember sinks to rest,
Another day has passed, love's flame unblessed,
Aching memory, a fire within the breast,
Aching memory.
These paths we tread, these pathways ever long,
Whisper, "Walk with me, where you belong,"
But no true goal, no solace to be found,
Aching memory, a fire on hallowed ground,
Aching memory.

Suresh Chandra Sharma on Tuesday, May 08, 2012 Yes, this song is undoubtedly a rare treat. Our old film music is so rich,
melodious and immortal. Today's composers can't even dream of creating such
masterpieces. In an interview long back, Lata said that in their days,
composers used to play music to give them some respite/pause. Today, it is
just the reverse!
MehendaleMM on Wednesday, May 09, 2012 Dear Ajay A typical Sajjad Hussain composition which I heard it for the first time and thoroughly enjoyed it. My sincere thanks to you for this. I know listeners like me can always look forward to hearing such unheard gems from you.
