Those days are gone, and we too, fade away,
If grief holds sway today, joy dawns tomorrow's day.
Fear not the sorrow, O soul, be strong,
Your Guardian God will right what feels wrong.
Do good, and goodness shall be your reward,
Do ill, and ill shall be your fate, un-ignored.
For good and evil, here the judgement lies,
Do good, and goodness shall grace your eyes.
