@kchopra4080able Kanwal ji i fully agree with you about beautiful Nutan
with beautiful voice. She was not only brilliant artist but some how i
always felt that she was beautiful human being.Once when i met Tanuja i
told her that i like Nutan a lot and Tanuja very sportingly answered me
''Yes, Sarla, every one likes Nutan.'' Nutan used to shop where i still
shop in Mumbai. She was very,very charming with enchanting smile.Thanks for

Wonderful memories this song evokes...thanks for posting. Do you have other
songs from this movie? Do please post. I believe all prints of this movie
have been lost (Nutan's sister Tajuja's debut movie I think). Nutan could
sing very well. Later she used to compose devotional songs and sing them
herself. I've heard her many times as she was my wife's cousin.

Nutan: One of the most outstanding actresses with a majestic personality
was also a great singer! The song is a proof!! Snehal Bhatkar was also a
great composer. His another famous song was "Kabhi Tanhaaiyon Mein Yoon
Hamaari Yaad Aayegi" sung in a very unique manner by Mubaarak Begum. It is
sad none of them get the recognition they deserved.

This is one of the most lively songs in Hindi films with a jhoomta hua
rythm.This is not a rare song but a much loved song by Nutan.She would have
made a great singer. But I am happy she gave us memorable movies with great
actors of her time.Nutan's mother was also a great actress in her time.

Unfortunately, all prints of the movie were lost before the era of
digitisation. Even the negatives were destroyed in the fire at the storage
place at Tardeo; a great many films were lost and in some cases we are left
only with defective prints..in this case, not even that.pity!
