Listen to this song and think of yourselves and your past. Somewhere you
would be sure to connect to the song, the mood or the background. I avoid
listening to this song because it makes me cry and then I listen to the
song when I am all by myself and want to cry. It soothes my nerve. God
would not be kind to create a genius like Rafi again nor we have musicians
like SJ, Madan Mohan, SD, or others of that era when melody ruled.

this song was also sung by lata , and she did an excellent job, but this
version by rafi has sooo much emotion in every verse and in the way he
sings the words , gives such a soothing effect.definitly a better version
