Woah Chaiya Chaiya from Dil Se is an awesome soundtrack. Yeh I do agree
with you. But bollywood music is grown so much, there loads of type tunes
you would love than this but its needs be more advertised to the westerners
to bring wider audiences im sure they will soon. SM Soundtrack is good its
fit into the movie very well.

anybody ever say on Indian trains?? This is the exact sound that Indian
trains make.. the drums. Creativity at its BEST. ARR is a genius.

Meera J. Patel on Saturday, March 07, 2009

Makarand Dawkhare on Thursday, March 12, 2009
you should listen to ' Rangeela'

Saqib Iqbal on Thursday, March 12, 2009
In this song, he (A R Rehman) incorporates sound of train in music.
Previously he has incorporated child's cry, sound of dropping water and
sound of rain. He is just amazing, he has such great sense of music.

It shows Indians aren't afarid to root for the uderdog. It shows courage
and resilience of people of less fortunate backgrounds. Most importantly,
this film showcases the talent of Indians and people of Indian descent in
cinema.

The drums in this song are just too good - even though Jai Ho won the Oscar I still feel this was the better song...it just captured the mood of the scene so well and is very good as a standalone track.

@furasu i live in india and i will admit that there are slums in india but
also in america to. Havent u ever seen the ghettos in america? plus, this
is SOME of the reality of india, but also every other country.

flowerpower119 on Friday, April 09, 2010
@furasu India is a very Beautiful and culturally rich country. it is very
modernized now. You have probably never been here so you can't be making
all of these IGNORANT comments. Ever been to Goa? india's beautiful resorts
and beaches? you know nothing. How about i just assume that you are an
uneducated little child that is very ignorant and needs a reality check.

pureVodga on Friday, May 07, 2010
i like those drums in the background

dragoncrazed12 on Friday, May 07, 2010

anandcsulb on Saturday, May 15, 2010
who mixes sound for rahman does anyone know credit goes to him

livyhoney on Monday, May 31, 2010
i want to watch this movie.

cecillbill on Friday, July 16, 2010
@flowerpower119 yes, there are ghettos everywhere. poor everywhere. most of
the world's population lives in poverty. but, if i had to be poor, then i
would rather be poor and living in an American ghetto than poor and living
in an Indian ghetto.

DatGuyLirik on Friday, August 20, 2010
@lastdropofpoison wow, that was more of an insult towards yourself then
anyone else... ROFL

Kronos-G on Friday, August 20, 2010
@dharmaluvsu they weren't drums, that's how the local trains in india sound
like.

It is not about superficial beauty. Most beautiful parts of Bombay will be water-logged during rains. Ugliest parts in New York City will not be flooded in heaviest rains. Most beautiful parts of Bombay get power cuts. People in New York City don't know what is power cut !!! Bombay police phone lines busy, New York City police will be present within 4 minutes after you call them. The underlying system in USA is quite strong. In India it is weak if it is present at first place.
