from the time, i have heard this song, i have gone mad on this song. And to
tell you something even more funny. I did not know the song was from Shin
Shinaki . After a lot of search, I got the cassette of Parchhain and the
side B was Shin Shinaki . I kept listening to Side A all the time. One
day, just inquisitively, I read out Side B and to my amazement this song
the very first one :)

The perfection of sorrowful lyrics and composition, sung by the only woman
who could ever sing flawlessly. Unmatched and eternal Lata Mangeshkar.

An immortal song and choice of millions. No wonder that I was enamoured by
it instantaneously. Magical creation from the combination of PL Santoshi, C
Ramachandra and Lata Mangeshkar in movie "Shin Shinaaki Booblaa Boo
(1952)". Those were the days! Thank you for excellent presentation with apt
visuals.

NO WORDS TO EXPRESS THE LEGEND.AND THANKS NAWAL SAHEB...AP

What a fine song ! Lataji has sung with highly subdued voice and given
pathos at its highest. Chitalkar's music has no parallel and it is very
rare Type of composition , with very minimum instruments.
Lata ji doesn't require any accompaniment of musical instruments. In
several songs these music directors have spoiled the beauty of the song
with very harsh musical accompaniments .
