Release of this film was delayed due to some censor problem but songs were
already released and became very popular. This was the most popular of them
all. Great to see the clip. Thanks.Mahesh.

I could hear Dattaramji playing the drum (dholak) in this song. He has made
this one of my favorite songs. Thanks to Lathaji & S-J team.

I wonder what thiose sensors would say to what gets through to the screen

The censor had problem with the story of the film and not with the
picturisation of this song. If it was unnecessarily strict at that time it
has become too liberal now.

yes, I understand. my comment was based on what I see get thru to the
screen at least in Tamil movies. All kinds of bizarre stuff that would have
been axed in the days of Shararat!

Kumkum, Lata Mangeshkar and SJ everybody has done a marvelous job in this
song. But real magic is woven by Shailendra using such choicest words. I
think he has stamped his authority in an impressive way.

and music.Dholak is played by Abdul Kareem, a very talented rythmist of his
times. Nic upload.
