Great pictures for this great song, Yt adoring both uploads together, one of student & one of teacher. Is it not wonderful, Suhanee ji?

@BharatDesai6 Bharatji, your Channel is beautiful and you've done a great job on each of your videos, your Spiritual and Divine messages are being spread and shared all over the world. Thanks for all your hard work. Best regards, Suhanee!!

@crazyoldsongs I agree! This is a beautiful emotional song and Lataji's mesmerizing voice is simply divine. Glad you liked it. Love, Suhanee.

@Suhanee2 . No doubt about what you two say regarding this melody. And while I love the entire photo display again, the picture of one rose up and another one down compellingly shows the disconnection and asymmetry that sometimes intrude into and mar loving relationships. Excellent work again, Suhanee.

Nice visuals that go with this gem of a song compliment each other! As if to coo in the ears of other 'where I would be without you!' ; not too much different than what the singer is trying to say to lyrics writer and music director too!
Lovely video. Many thanks for sharing.

Still reminds me of those old long gone days, when from Radion Ceylon at late evenings waves of this song used to come across the wide sea into India as we used to sit in large front yard of our home with our transistor during the hot summer nights...

I have the movie with me but could not find any reason why this song had been removed from the movie. I got this movie 18 years ago from MM Video Karachi and the other song of Rafi Sahab is not not there. Madan Mohan created a number of very wonderful emotional songs and in this movie I think the only one the best.Unfortunately,I could not enjoy the scene but most likely in scene with Pradeep Kumar if it at all shoot.

Superb song. But, sadly, for some strange reason, it was deleted from the
movie!!

md aliashrafi on Wednesday, August 14, 2013
Madan ji aur lataji ke kuch gane yad rahea aur kuch bhol gaye

54kprabha on Wednesday, September 04, 2013
It was deleted because the Villain is shown having crush over some singer
with initials L M and the photograph of Lata was shown. Lata objected to
her photo being used in the song so the song was deleted.

Mani Menon on Wednesday, September 04, 2013
WHAT?! Really, 54kprabhaji? If it's true it once again shows how shallow
and hollow some people can be. Even well known people!

ramesh chandra vajpeyi on Tuesday, July 08, 2014
how, captivating.

Taruvai Subramaniam on Sunday, March 08, 2015
And to think Madan Mohan was not appreciated in his lifetime. But then
neither was Keats and the list depressingly goes on. And to add insult to
injury such a fine composition was deleted from the movie.. Anyhow thanks
for uploading this gem or we would never have known about it

rumahale on Sunday, July 19, 2015
Well said by the learned viewer Taruvai Subramaniam - an all time favourite
for me.
Thank you for nice presentation.
