Talat, I tried for our friend to post this one on his CHA, before I knew that some people like to make their own slide show and like to post nice write-up to go with it.
Love Never Never Never very much. That was very appropriate from you to your friend. Make it a great day, MR

Hello there! Dear friend you are absolutely right about asking your friend for posting this song from his channel...sounds like that friend just ignored your burning desire...there is big NO for that. Friend informed your highness that he was unable to retrieve this video. Now MAKING OWN SLIDE SHOWS is debatable and friend believes 500 characters are some drops in a bucket. MR that friend was going to send you Never Never Never video if you were not so fast paced, you already got it. Smile!

There are very few compositions based on Raag Marwa in Hindi films. This is no doubt the best of all. Naushad has truely captured the beauty of this Raag.
This has bee one of my favourites for decades. Thanks for the upload.

@psuhaskhan You are most welcome, friend. Make it a great day, MR

Dear MoleculaRafian, Thanks for loading this video. I have seen the film when it was released. I also saw it on TV but Payalia Bavri part was cut. I missed it so long and now I am happy to see it again. Lata's aalaps in the starting and end are fantastic ! Ustad Abdul Halim Jafar Khan's sitar is fabulous ! Saira Banu tried hard but the grace of classical dance is missing in her. She is good for folk dances and dance in Saari like Aay Milan.ki.. probablly her monopoly !

@SuperVasant . Vasant jee, I also love this composition by Naushad jee very much.
Thanks to you for this lovely comment.
Make it a great day,. MR

Naushad was very fond of Shamshad Begam before Lata arrived. However, composers went on making more more difficult tunes after observing Lata's range. Otherwise the old singers could not think of singing this song. Listen to Lata's aalaps in Marwa raag. Oh God, terrific ! As Lata said, the people remember the song by the singer more than the composer and Lyricist. Although, it is a team work, Lata, Asha and Rafi put something vital element more from their side and that made the difference.

Dear MoleculaRafia,
Look at Lata's fantastic range ! first part is in soft, husky voice and the second part is in high pitch of Marwa. Both she sang with equal ease. The clalrity in her voice in both the types is superb ! Really she is living legend yaar !

MoleculaRafian on Friday, August 06, 2010
@SuperVasant Don't know much about the Ragas, but do agree with you wholeheartedly, Lata is a living legend. At the same time Rafi is IMMORTAL. Love to read your views on Saira-Helen dances and Raga based compositions. Good to see you Vasant jee. Make it a Rafian day, for a change. Just kidding. MR

Magnificient Sixer by Lata didi. This is actually Raag Marwa. Re Ni Re ga Ma Ni Dha ma ga dha ma gare

Best of the best of the best combination Naushad Saab and Lataji in this songs.

psuhaskhan on Saturday, December 31, 2011
Dear Supervasantji,
I don't think the Sitar in this composition was played by Ustad Abdul Halim Zafar Khan. It sounds more like Pandit Nikhil Banerjee (Also in Nache man mora by Mohd. Rafi). For Zafar Khan's distinctive style, please listen to Aayi Pari Rang Bhari. It is heavenly.
