...awesome movie...hats off to the whole unit

ssadhale on Saturday, May 31, 2008
The girl doesnt die in the crash the guy dies right at the end of this song in his jeep crash. And then his soul reaches the god where god comes to know that he was the wrong guy. But by then his body is burnt and all that. So he puts his soul in a guy who looks exactly like him - Rajendra Kumar again. Thats the story behind the movie :-)

iqbalkhan83 on Wednesday, August 27, 2008
guess you need to check your ears buddy..
Rafi is Rafi...
rest are nowhere close to his great standard...
and ahmed zahir who????

iqbalkhan83 on Wednesday, August 27, 2008
Mr. Antaresindark, Ahmad zahir is a great singer, no disrespect to him, but Mohammed Rafi is a far superior singer and Rafi's version is better than Ahmar zahir's..

villajac on Sunday, September 07, 2008

People compare Kishor Kumar and Mohammad Rafi. I think both were excellent. I listened to some songs sung by Rafi, don't believe it was him, not good at all. Rafi is good, when he is singing like this. Otherwise Kishor Kumar was better. By the way, it is my opinion. Don't take personal... Love this song very much...

hyegirl1982 on Thursday, October 02, 2008
yes they do sound very much alike.. But it's not big news, there have always and will always be artists that are influenced by other artists and will make their own version, no matter what country or culture they are from.

nalinjoshi on Saturday, October 04, 2008
sorry i disagree-if u think Kishore Kumar was better than Mohd rafi was then u r in the minority

vindMera on Sunday, October 05, 2008

I can list about a thousand songs of Rafi. And I am sure thousands would rank each one as best song ever.

Yes, Kishore was great too.

Mohd Rafi makes the toughest of the songs look ridiculuosly easy...he is inimitable...the greatest ever...

thesinnuendo on Tuesday, October 28, 2008
They had completely different tones. Only for Dev Anand did they both sing and even then, it was the genius of Burman who used them both appropriately on Dev. Why compare two greats? Let's just enjoy both of their voices..

sjalcapricorn on Tuesday, December 30, 2008
not very easy to sing, but seems to be a walk in the park for Rafiji..never fails to amaze me!

TKHARI on Wednesday, December 31, 2008
I tell you what, sonu nigam sang this song as well... and i thought he was excellent when i hadnt heard the original... now after listening to this, it just shows that Sonu Nigam is nowhere near Mohammed Rafi. Great singer no doubt is Sonu...He is my favourite but u just cant compare him with Rafi!

zeeshankhokhar on Thursday, January 01, 2009
finlly some one understood my pain... hahhaha. no one can reach to the level of rafi sahib. sonu is a good singer in his own way but infront or rafi sahib... nothing.

sherrymo1234 on Thursday, January 15, 2009
What an incredible song! It just highlights Rafi Saab's versatility. From low notes to high, fast numbers to the most moving of melodies, Rafi Saab was the undisputed master of them all. There is another legend featured in this video - the Douglas DC-3 from the opening sequence. Although designed in the 1930s, Indian Airlines was using them as late as the mid-sixties and several continue to be in regular service elsewhere in the world even today, some eight decades later!

Can't blame him really.. She was one of the best-looking women of that period. Just proves that sometimes women have the capacity to drive men to lunacy!
