Comments for song "Baandh Priti Phul Dor"

The song is of course sung in Lataji's ever enchanting style, but I also
love the sample of her handwriting. Once I was thrilled to read a similarly
recorded text in Talat Mehmood's own Urdu script on YT. They and other
Indian singers were so confident that at recitals they always sang from
such notebooks; didn't need any musical score sheets. Thanks,SJ, and
thanks, Harish.

Thanks for the comments that come from heart. I am thrilled to read the
narrative.. those were glorious days of Hindi Movies. Regards.

Yes Mahale, When Vipan ji writes comments, he does not write comments, he
writes poetry!

i totally agree with you sir about vipan da's comments . this is the first
video i clicked on your channel today and found such a precious gift for us
lataji's fans and seeing the names of the compposer and the lyricist i
should not have expected any less . i am hearing it for the first time and
am completely overwhelmed ! thanks a million for this enchanting song
indeed . just marvellous .

This is a really relaxing, beautiful song. I've never heard this raga
before...glad I heard it first in Lata's voice.

That you, SJ, and others receive my feedback with such generosity is of
course very gratifying to me, although I am scarcely conscious of writing
anything special ,only of conveying my sincere appreciation for the songs
and singers and my thankfulness to uploaders like yourself.

i don't think so !!!!

I am very happy that at last I got back what I wanted. It was shocking to
see a great song vanishing from YT. In fact I had satisfied myself with
great difficulty the other version and compromised . Now it is asthough the
heaven has come down to earth to my good luck. God bless you SJ for all the
favours and millions of thanks for uploading the song.

@vpmutube Thanks for the information. Looks like you are a personal friend
of Phadke family !

Don't go away, my love, after our hearts have been tied together with the
flower garland of love. Don't go away ! Open your heart , my precious one.
Don't forget (our love). How will I endure this separation when my heart is
so filled with this attachment (towards you) Don't stay angry with me, my
love! Don't go away! * Translated by "Laxmiravishankar" on upload of her
rendition of the song.

Lakshmi Ravishankar on Friday, October 29, 2010
@SJisBack I see that the translation is already in place with necessary
improvements.:) Many thanks for this honor! Incidentally, this was the very
video sent to me by a friend and from which I took inspiration to
reproduce...I know I'm nowhere near this sweetness and perfection but it is
my heartfelt tribute to a beautiful composition in terms of both lyrics and
melody

The dipped-in-honey voice of the one and only Lata makes the song
mesmerizing !

crazyoldsongs on Friday, May 13, 2011
@latadidivine this is the most precious gem of all the precious gems of
lata ji

crazyoldsongs on Friday, May 13, 2011
dear sir , it is shocking to see one dislike on this upload !

sariq sidik malek on Tuesday, October 11, 2011
Thanks for the wonderful upload, specially for the lyrics.

@crazyoldsongs I am shocked to read your comments about being shocked, since
liking and disliking is part and parcel of life,be prepared to embrace the
facts and realities of life A song is termed as relative not absolute ,the
person who has disliked the song ,must have not perceived or thought from
your point of views or his state of mind did not accept the song when he
heard .According to my personal views this song is a gem ,despite being
difficult lyrical wordings ,late sang with ease, thnx

I have found this song in youtube today but had heard it from Radio Ceylon
in Purani Filmoon ka sangeet. It has kept me enthralled since then.As far as
its Hindi lyric is concernd I understand it fully as also other poems of
contemporary poets. The poetic expression combined with sweet music has
bestowed upon this song an aura of immortality. Thanks to the uploader for
reviving a song with real classic touch5/3/2013
