Thank you Mukhtar bhai for creating this difficult video,upon my persistent
request and dedicating it especially to my father Narinder Sain, who was a
great fan of Khursheed. I have been watching the comments by so many
viewers constantly, and I am delighted to that this video has been well
received by all the viewers. It is all due to the imaginative craftsmanship
of Mukhtar ji. . My father stayed in Digamber Jain hostel while at Govt
College Lahore early 40s. Does this hostel still exists?

Very beautiful song with touching,soulfil lyrics. Khurshid Begum sings
brilliantlly and touches the heart. I have heard this song first time by
Nayyra Noor ji on ''cheecheepia '' channel by Khalid VBhai.and that moment
i became fan of Nayyra ji. Then heard in melodious voice of D.K. Sharma ji
''kuckudk.'' And now presented briliantlly by myvision ji. I am very happy
to see this is dedicated to Chandrashekharjain ji. Thanks myvision ji and
Shekhar Bhaiya for sharing. With respect. Sarla.

@imadbhai1234 Excuse me sir, name of the singer is Khursheed Begum, or
Khurshid begum/ Kuurshid Bano and also known as Irshad Begum. I have never
heard she been called as Tani Khursheed ! Perhaps she was named 'Tani' in
film Tansen This song is from film Bhagat Soor Dass, though spelled
differently at different places. Songs by her in film Tansen were also
good. Please do correct me if I am wrong. Pl. see the video link given
below. More bachpan ke saathi ( Tansen 1942)

mukhtar sahib i m over joyed 2 c ur nu rendition as a tribute 2 khurshid
bano superimposed on madhubala & dalip kumar. the montage with lip
coincidence is a hard task but u hv managed well & deserve appreciation 4
ur enticing imagination. if u remember i had once requested u 4 this song &
u hv obliged. plz accept my best wishes. wud b over joyed 4 ur next project
on ghata ghanghor ghor mor machaye shor i think frm movie taansen. thanx &

The pictures are meticulously aligned with the words of the geet made
timeless by Khursheed Bano. A later version by Nayyara Noor is also very
melodious, but the KB rendition stands in a class by itself. You gave a
nice secular interpretation of the love theme focused on Madhubala and DK,
but the verse is originally both secular and spiritual in its message; it
easily lends itself to a double-layered meaning .Thanks, myvision22.
